Eligible Returns

  • Most non-plant retail items (boutique items, salon products) may be returned within 14 days of
    delivery in unused, unopened condition.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
    Non-Returnable Items
  • Live plants (due to their perishable nature)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
    Refunds
  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of
    receipt.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    Exchanges
    We offer exchanges on eligible items if inventory allows.
    Return Shipping
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective upon
    arrival.
    Damaged or Defective Items
    If an item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos, and we will make it right. Please
